Fibreglass Mesh, Alkali Resistant [170gm] strong, great for sculptures indoor or outdoor work, 100cm/1000mm wide- sold by the metre $5.50.

For ease of posting, mesh will be in metre lengths, not continuous.

Make your own substrates with fibreglass mesh and cement based adhesive, -and expanding foam if you have large cavities to fill in.
