One only- pictured from different angles, this lovely Dendritic Chalcedony is deliciously mauve to purple with striking white sections.10cm x 4cm. 100grams. indiv ts1.
This chalcedony occurs in the Pilbara region of Western Australia near the town of Newman. The stone exhibits a range of colour from purple through to mauve to pale chrysoprase green and dendrites are common. It formed as nodules in the saprolite(clay) overlying a large serpentinite outcrop. This is a Western Australian semi-precious gemstone.
This would be a great addition to a special tumble stone collection. Great gift for that friend who loves rocks, or great to use in mosaics by adding a focal with some height and shiny texture..... only limited by your imagination.
